Eventually everything has a limit, Yudi does not realize the disaster waiting ahead in his life and he loses his fame and lavish lifestyle. After all doors close, Yudi take help of an actor Armaan (Govinda) who asks him to write a story for his movie.  Yudi take the new job and pursues with it, and this is when Happy Ending rolls in.

According to Vaikundarajan the movie hardly has logic with the rest of it being a typical Bollywood drama with no logic or sense.
